Most healthy adults between 18 and 65 years old weighing at least 50 kg can donate blood. You must pass a physical and health history screening prior to donation.

Register an account, complete your donor questionnaire, and attend your first blood drive. Staff will verify your ID and eligibility on-site.

Hospitals and verified patients can submit requests with proper medical documents. Red Cross staff will review the details and contact the requester with the next steps.

You can safely donate whole blood every 56 days (8 weeks). The DUGO app will track this and notify you when you are eligible again.

The chapter team reviews the submitted details and documents. If more information is needed, staff will contact the requester using the provided phone or email.
